Channel Power

Convert the level read on a spectrum analyzer (power in the resolution bandwidth) to the total power in a channel bandwidth. Assumes a flat, noise-like spectrum across the channel.

PSD = P_marker + C_det − 10·log₁₀(ENBW) · P_channel = PSD + 10·log₁₀(BW) = P_marker + C_det + 10·log₁₀(BW / ENBW).
